. ok, bare with me on this. You’ve got a lot of different departments or systems involved in this! So you’re gonna have to present a rather complicated imagine but one that everybody is familar with.
Gosh, the only thing I can think of is a … car.
.. YOUR speech: ” I think of this comapny as being the Mercedes of our trade [or Cadillac if you want to stay American]. Our clients see the well-built, solid exterior but WE know it takes more than a pretty face to be a winner.
I visualize YOU, the management as being our driving force, the motor. But where would the motor be without the oil to lubricate it, such as our finance dept. Or the transmission which might be our Support System, etc, etc. Legal = the brakes + the horn for warning. Risk Mngt = power steering + headlights, whatever. The computer system = Info Sys. etc.
And I [whoever YOU are] am the company’s shock absorber, to make our future achievements a smoooth ride.” whatever… take a bow >>>
